We pride ourselves in having a family-friendly convention and will not tolerate unacceptable behavior. Unacceptable behaviors include: vulgar, intimidating, harassing, abusive, derogatory, discriminatory, or demeaning conduct by any attendees and crew of Flamingocon and its related events and functions. Some Flamingocon venues may be shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.
Harassment includes:
- offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability;
- inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces;
- deliberate intimidation, stalking or following;
- harassing photography or recording;
- sustained disruption of events;
- inappropriate physical contact,
- and unwelcome sexual attention.
Engaging in any of these acts puts you at risk for immediate removal from the convention, and a permanent ban from Flamingocon in the future. This goes for anyone regardless of gender identity.
