Exit from I95 at Okeechobee exit. Head EAST. Go past the Kravis Center and CityPlace and the convention center and the Jaguar dealership. Go over Dixie Highway, but be in the leftmost lane.
Turn left onto Olive Ave. This is a one way street going north.
