9:00 am: Game tables and library open
9 am to sunset: Courtyard: social games like Werewolf, Resistance, and new similar games being demoed by their creators
9 am to 8 pm: Library: social games like Werewolf, Resistance, Monikers et al, and loud games like Liars Dice
2 pm: A semi-epic game of 7 Ages. This game typically takes all day, but with the late start, might get thru 4 or 5 ages. Kinley is hosting and is able to work players in and out of the game, but the game is best with those willing to commit to 6 hours.
All day: Teaching of Camel Up, Lords of Waterdeep, Village Crone, Alien Frontiers, RoboRally, Loot Letter, Splendor. We aren’t bothering to schedule a set time for any of these because we never end up following the schedule. We will make an announcement when a game is starting, and/or you can ask at the library about a demonstration, and we will get one started.
All Day: Play To Win games:
Anyone who plays these games during FlaMingoCon Quad can enter to win the game. Only those who have played one have a chance of winning it. This is to make sure the winner really likes the game and will play it again, not just let it collect dust on the shelf. Games available for Play to Win are Arboretum, Simpsons trivia, and an Original Treasure Chest from Stonemaier that can be used with Euphoria or Viticulture or Stone Age.
7:30 pm: Drawing for Play To Win games. You do not need to be present to win, but you do need to include a phone number to reach you and be willing to coordinate to pick up game.
7:30 pm: Library closes
8:00 pm: Reminder to return games to library
8:30 Game tables close and clean up starts
